Whereas, Auburn Medical Center (AMC) Physicians are represented by the Union of American Physicians and Dentists (UAPD);
Whereas, we Physicians are currently in contract negotiations with MultiCare; and
Whereas, we Physicians wish to have a collaborative and productive relationship with MultiCare; and
Whereas, together we can achieve a collective bargaining agreement that enhances MultiCare’s and Physicians’ ability to provide the highest quality patient care;
Therefore, we the undersigned DEMAND MultiCare come to the negotiation table and bargain in good faith for a contract which provides for the highest standards of patient care and serves to attract and retain the most highly qualified Physicians.
