The Union of American Physicians and Dentists (UAPD) is thrilled to announce that our California State University (CSU) bargaining team has successfully reached a tentative agreement for the 2024-2025 salary re-opener. All bargaining unit members will receive a 5% general salary increase, retroactive to July 1, 2024.
The contract ratification process begins the week of August 12, so be on the lookout in your email for your ballot. The Board of Trustees will cast their vote on the contract in September.
The raise is expected to take effect in October. Stay tuned as we gear up to start negotiations in June 2025 for the successor contract.
