After months of negotiations, doctors represented by the Union of American Physicians and Dentists (UAPD) have reached a tentative agreement with San Joaquin County.
A summary of the wages and benefits negotiated for the bargaining unit has been emailed to members for their review. The voting period is now open for union members.
If approved by members, the County Board of Supervisors will formally ratify the agreement on August 13, with the new contract taking effect on August 26—salary increases would be reflected in September paychecks.
