After a hard fought battle between the UAPD bargaining team and Santa Clara County, a tentative agreement was reached and our members unanimously voted in favor of the agreement at the end of May 2024.
The Santa Clara County Board of Supervisors approved the contract on June 20, 2024. The target implementation date of pay raises is June 24, 2024. Your union will keep you updated as updates progress.
