UAPD members in State Bargaining Unit 16 voted overwhelmingly in favor of approving the Tentative Agreement reached with the State on August 9, 2013. 95% of the votes were in favor of ratification.
Having been ratified by members, the new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) must be approved by the State Legislature before it can go into effect. UAPD will update members about that process as more information becomes known.
